The AT003 Mobile Spray Booth has been designed exclusively for use outside traditional sheds. That is, it is a structure used to create a processing area on the square of a shipyard. The extraction plant is connected to the structure via flexible PVC pipes, or direct connection flanges.

The power of the systems varies according to the size of the structure to be built and can vary from 30,000 to 200,000 m³/h.Depending on the project, the system is delivered with all the accessories necessary for assembly. Among these: fireplace, connection flanges, fireproof PVC connection pipes and fittings.

The air treatment system dedicated to shipyards allows you to comply with the DL152/2006 regulationand guarantees the possibility of treating both powders and solvents in accordance with current regulations. The AT003 Mobile Paint Booths can be used for welding, joinery, hand sanding, surface preparation, brush and spray painting. The systems, in addition to using ATEX motors, have a double dust filter, activated carbon filters in cartridges, automatic pressure control system, non-silenceable hour counter, alarm systems for malfunctions. In addition to all this, the AT003 spray booths can be equipped with motors with inverter technology (to adjust the power according to the size of the boat) and with heating systems to obtain temperatures even up to 80° for firing the articles in fiberglass.
