Compact, fast and reliable! The single-layer cutters from Kuris are the fourth generation of the tried and tested cutting systems that have been completely revised and optimized. The cutting heads with programmable Z-axis are characteristic. The machines are all designed for maximum productivity and optimal manufacturing quality. The adaptive tool technology can be individually and precisely adapted to the respective material. This means that optimal cutting conditions are always achieved. The fourth generation is equipped with the Multiflex changing system. In addition to extremely short piercing times, this system also impresses with its high travel and cutting speed. With the tool change system, setup times are also significantly reduced, as considerably fewer setting processes are required.

The visitexLOC image processing system was specially developed for use on textile and carpet cutting machines from KURIS and is used for the automatic determination of cutting coordinates. Depending on customer requirements, the materials to be cut are scanned in 2D or 3D using the latest camera technology. The cutting coordinates calculated from this are then passed on to the cutting system for further processing.

In addition to the possibility of enlarging or reducing the scanned shapes as required, it is also possible to round corners as required. Various calculation modules that can be adapted to customer requirements help the operator to determine the optimum cutting coordinates.
