Breakwaters are secured in place with chains, piles or elastic mooring systems (“Supflex” or “Seaflex”). The pontoons are joined together with flexible high-strength steel connectors. All heavy pontoons are equipped with oversize service channels for the running of electrical and water supply lines. For the safe mooring of vessels, pontoons are equipped with massive fenders of Siberian larch. At the customer’s request, pontoons can be equipped with a larch or a Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) profile deck. |
